Create electrical engineering power distribution designs for power provision to automated solutions.
Accomplish controls and automation hardware design tasks to comply with the specifications of the project scope.
Confirm that the electrical engineering and automation hardware designs conform to National Electric Code (NEC) and local electrical codes of the customer’s region.
Program the automated control of industrial processes using, but not limited to, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, Rockwell Automation Connected Components Workbench, Rockwell Automation RSLinx, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk View, and Siemens TIA Portal software.
Design motion control solutions using Rockwell Motion Analyzer software and RSLogix5000 Motion Programming.
Program both combinational logic and state transition logic for programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Create programs for Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
Design electrical engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform system testing of the manufactured automation systems after design and build completion.
Manage the collaboration of the project between team members from both Deneen Corporation and the customer’s staff.
Delegate responsibilities to engineers and subcontractors for efficient accomplishment of project tasks.
Manage the work-hours invested on the project vs the budgeted time for each task of the project – report the status of time resources to the General Manager on a routine basis
