We design with well-established, world-renown controls hardware and software manufacturers so that technical support and spare parts are readily available. Commonly-available spares are considered in every one of our designs. Reducing initial cost by using off brands is expensive with respect to total cost of ownership – the “pay now or pay later” adage holds aptly well in this context.
Of course, when a customer requests that we integrate a system using components of a particular manufacturer, we certainly oblige.
